I think this one should be around 10.0-10.3. Feels better than the Puma and the BMP-2M with those missiles, maneuverability and rate of fire. I'm a British main so I can only dream that someday we will get an IFV this relevant at 9.7 +.

The main issue I have with it is being pretty sluggish. It's suppose to have a 600 HP but wasn't accepted. I still think BMP-2M is much more versatile having played both. British could get the Desert Warrior, Ajax and many more armored cars.

It‘s funny, that this thing is at 9.7, while something like the Vilkas is 10.3

I mean the Vilkas literally has an unkillable turret. Spikes are unreliable af but the fact you can effectively be hull down is an improvement. The KF-41 is in a worse stat than both the Vilkas and the ZBD04A with having a manned turret, same unreliable spikes and APS that barely works (it hits missiles out of the sky but your thin armor doesn't save you from the round sometimes hitting you post APS). The best comparison is Vilkas vs VBCI MCT 30 (premium bias) pretty much the same as the Vilkas being nearly unkillable hull down but 9.7 without spikes.

Lol I've gotten 18 kill games with the BMP 3 and this thing is a better BMP 3, so frankly I do think the ZBD is the most fun vehicle, and I've tried the Fox, imo it's not that fun.

Fox will def be fun but I think its only more fun if you like the challenge of being forced to flank, this seems more reliable for flanking than the fox since its more rapid fire auto cannon and fast firing cannon can actually finish an enemy or two if the first shots dont, and its stabilized which the fox is not.

I’m pretty sure I was in a match with you a couple hours ago. Either that or whoever copied your exact handle has a *lot* of playing time too. Like 65 days in tanks. You were playing mostly a ZTZ96 in a 10.0(ish) battle in tiny Ardennes. Didn’t last long 😢 I was on the other team, asked if it was you in chat.

I’m not thinking this beastie is long for 9.7 land. The mobility is quite good and the reload on the ATGM* is just silly fast. It even has actual turret armor against heavy machine guns and other auto-cannons. *I still can’t figure out how the pen on these gun launched ATGMs, particularly from MBTs, is generally much higher than from the same diameter HEAT-FS rounds. But that’s a rant for another day.

I love killing these in the good old bmp3. Despite the darts and all that it still doesn't feel as good as the bmp3/bmd4 combo in my opinion. The only nicer thing about this is the 4 second missile reload speed that the bmp3 doesn't get. But I'd rather play these at 9.0 with a slower reload

I assume gaijin restricts you to one belt of APFSDS? I wish they didn't do this restricted ammo stuff, especially with non-SPAA.

1 APFSDS but it goes quite far, you also get a belt of APDS if you want it!

What confused me was the way he knew and moved his turret to exactly where I was behind the fountain, and new exactly where I was coming out on the other side (hard to make out on the video) scouting doesn't give you that sort of live information you know? HOWEVER, he could have just seen my antennae sticking up so was most likely not cheating :P
