Hey Doc. I was stage 3C cancer going into sugery, then had lymph node involvement, all this happened during the covid nonsense. Could not get a ride to and from chemo (8 hour round trip drive plus the 3-4 hour treatment) The Docs were freaking out. Im still here, in remission, 3 years later.. Praying, Fasting, carnivore, a lot of super nutrition vitamins..D3/K2, C, NAC etx, turkey tail mushrooms. I will gladly send you my medical records if you would like to start doing a study on cancer and carnivore. I of course am now missing the parts to make most of the hormones i actually need so I'm not that dang happy lol....but i will gladly be a study guinea pig .for you!! I'm only 2 weeks in and just looked at myself in the mirror this morning after feeling my shirt fitting different and couldn't believe what I saw. It's not just a feeling, I am leaner, no water puffing around midsection anymore, with a lot more muscle and there is no doubt about it, my workouts have been going better my joint pain is disappearing my headaches are gone and my skin is clearing up. I don't care who says what I'm sticking with this, results say everything. I'd say it's obvious I'm having less inflammation in my body now. At age 72 I transitioned from 3 years on keto with its associated benefits to carnivore 9 months ago. Six months ago I started resistance training for the first time with light weights and for short sessions. After a few months I thought I was gaining weight and I did, about 15 pounds but no more. The odd thing is that I gained the weight but my belt hole didn't change. That's because I gained much needed muscle mass for an old duffer. I also look pretty good now walking around shirtless in the summer heat. I won't have my testosterone tested for the first time this Friday so I'm interested what it may be.

If you see a chunky chick, with a buffalo hump neck, and facial hair...🤔, especially if she is eating only 60p calories a day and the weight is still lpacking on... that would be it. And it's miserable!! And most docs try to make you go vegan if you have it. And it just makes it worse. These women have a crazy hormonal imbalance, hashimotos disease, which is a thyroid condition, another female hormone nightmare..

Poly cystic ovarian syndrome. What I had. Doctors told me it was genetic, nothing I could do, it’s chronic so you can’t get rid of it. Funny… went carnivore and in 6 months I no longer have any symptoms of PCOS and got rid of all the cysts that plagued me. Also got pregnant when they said it would never happen! So yep, caused by eating the “healthy” American diet!
@MsQ275Ай бұрын
you're actually correct as it is caused by metabolic disorder
@ava.artemis20 күн бұрын
@@MsQ275yes but don’t get it twisted, some of us get it from other causes, and most women that do get it don’t eat any different than those that don’t. I started getting it when I was about 12, if not earlier, and I grew up in a granola household where we didn’t eat junk or sugar or anything. Everything was homemade, my mom made yogurt and grew sprouts, had a garden, etc. My friends ate WAY more sugar and junk than I did, but I was the one that started gaining weight inexplicably and ended up with severe, and I mean severe, pcos. I’ll never know why for sure, but some theorize that antibiotics can cause it because they disrupt the bacteria that help metabolize estrogen, or it could be other infections like lyme, or mold exposure, etc. I’m 49 and I’ve struggled with it ever since, in spite of cutting out all sugar and carbs and going paleo over 20 years ago, and I started exercising like a fiend when I was 13.

@ava.artemis20 күн бұрын
Awesome to know. I’ve had severe pcos for 30 years. My estrogen was the highest level my docs had ever seen, and progesterone was nothing. A HRT specialist wanted to put me on testosterone to help with energy levels but I refused because my body turns testosterone into DHT and my hair falls out, etc. I’ve been mostly carnivore for 3 months now, I’m hoping this really helps my hormones. I’m sleeping great, feeling more clear and energetic all the time. I’ve been paleo for 20+ years so I was eating well but cutting out all of the sugars, oxalates, etc., is really helping. I will eat a few veggies or nuts occasionally in social situations but at home I’m straight carnivore. Feels good.

You have talked me into carnivore. I have been replacing my testosterone since my early twenties, about fifteen years now. It would be GREAT to not have to continue these injections or testopel.

What kinds of cuts of meat do you eat on carnivore? It’s essentially a no carb diet, I’m curious how much fat intake you need to not feel lethargic all the time. I’m doing a hybrid keto, except without the insane amounts of fat. Probably 60 g of fat a day, 30 g carb, 1.2 g/lb of protein. The extra protein is just for the extra calories. Mostly sticking to lean everything and it’s worked incredibly.
