Great talk Dr. Edwin Lee, Peptides in a nut shell: GHK-Cu Peptide: GHK-Cu (Glycyl-L-Histidyl-L-Lysine-Copper) is a peptide that is believed to have various potential benefits, including skin rejuvenation, wound healing, and anti-inflammatory effects. The dosages and cycling protocols for GHK-Cu can vary depending on the specific purpose and the form of administration (topical or injectable). Generally, it is advisable to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer or consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance. BPC-157 Peptide: BPC-157 (Body Protective Compound-157) is a synthetic peptide that has shown potential for tissue repair and healing effects. The dosages and cycling protocols for BPC-157 can also vary depending on factors such as the specific condition being targeted and the mode of administration (oral or injectable). It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional who can provide appropriate guidance based on your individual circumstances. Thymus Alpha-1 Peptide: Thymus Alpha-1 is a peptide derived from the thymus gland that is believed to have immunomodulatory properties. It is often used to support the immune system and as an adjuvant therapy for certain medical conditions. The dosages and cycling protocols for Thymus Alpha-1 may depend on factors such as the individual's health status and the specific treatment goals. Consulting a healthcare professional experienced in peptide therapies is recommended. Epithalamin Peptide: Epithalamin is a peptide that is derived from the pineal gland. It is claimed to have potential anti-aging effects and may help regulate certain physiological processes. However, the scientific evidence supporting these claims is limited. Since dosages and cycling protocols can vary depending on the specific product and individual factors, it is advisable to consult with a healthcare professional before using epithalamin or any other peptide. Remember, peptides can have different effects and interact with individual body chemistry in various ways. It's crucial to prioritize safety and consult with a healthcare professional who can provide appropriate guidance based on your specific needs and health status.

Nice work Mike. 💪💪💪 Are you looking at making peptides available on BMH? Regulatory hurdles in the UK are worse than the USA. Had a great talk with a forward thinking and trail blazing consultant endocrinologist last week that is running one of the NHS sites in the north east. We both agreed that the UK are way behind and archaic. So the usual chat but he says that the older generation are starting to listen and as the younger ones come through it should start making changes. 🤞🤞🤞😫😫😫 We shall see. Best regards, Scott. ✌️🙏✌️

My own personal experience with peptides, it won’t do anything if you have low iron, ferritin. I found this out years later, taking iron supplements increased IGF-1 from 139 -> 189. I never tried peptides after restoring iron stores. I’m hesitant to try peptides again knowing members of my family have have skin cancer in their later years. I will wait for more studies to become available.

Thanks for the comment. Happy to hear you had a good experience. Dr Edwin Lee is a very open minded endocrinologist and focused on the science and evidence which is vastly different to what we see with endocrinology in the UK or at least in the UK NHS. Looking forward to meeting Dr Lee type endcrinologists in the UK someday.

Where would you recommend getting the peptides from, I need to get a full blood work up because doctors are useless you ask them what your test level is and all you get is it’s fine, however when you ask them to elaborate they look at you like your stupid ! 🤔
