2 Tbsp Oil
400 Gms Mutton Chops
1 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tsp Salt
Little Turmeric Powder
2 Tsp Coriander Seeds
10-12 Black pepper
1 Tsp Cumin
3 Dried Red Chillies
½ Cup Curd
¼ Tsp Garam Masala
½ Tsp Dried Fenugreek Leaves
3-4 Tbsp Oil
2 Bay Leaves
Paste of 3 Onions
1 Tsp Yellow Chilli Powder
Puree of 1 Tomato
½ Tsp Salt
Slices of 1 Potato
Fresh Coriander
2 Green Chillies

Mam, I followed exactly the same process you specified. The only change was instead of Cashew nuts I put almonds. The preparation was good overall but the curry tasted a bit bitter. Can you help me in refining the tips so that it will be the best and tastier dish next time? Thank you.
