Haben die Köche/innen keinen Zitronen Auspresser mehr ? Bei dieser Methode bleibt noch soviel Saft in den Hälften . Da wird ja auch noch zusätzlich ein Sieb unnötig benützt

A mon avis il y a trop de sucre dans cette recette et en plus vous en rajoutez sur le dessus quand le gâteau est cuit. Par contre je l'ai fait en divisant le sucre par deux et ce gâteau est un régal. Merci.
