First weld at the top where you can see the shiny silicone is all undercut and prone to cracking

First weld did not have the top shoulder chamfered, second weld did.

The first profile - the melting lava did not get over the edge of the profile and burned it, there is inflammation, it must be sanded and it will no longer be visually pretty The second profile was pre-grinded a bit and the molten lava passed nicely over the edge and regularly spilled, visually it's ok
