The thing I love about the sims 3 is that there's actually things to spend your crazy money on instead of everything feeling like it's free. There's expensive cars, there's community lots, there's resorts, it's like you're always able to expand even more

Thanks for the tips! This is frankly amazing compared to Sims 4. There are so many Sims 4 families who have some sort of backstory about being evil or greedy and having plans for how the neighborhood should develop, but Sims 4 completely lacks the game functions to make it real.

I'm working on a generations gameplay, I realized as soon as my sims die of old age, they will lose their performance in their jobs, so they would lose all of their revenue, So knowing that this is a thing, that's a great way to keep equity in your family, so that you don't just die and lose it all. thanks!

This is how I run my legacy family. My first sim got financial aid at every opportunity while at university, built a very nice house with her income. By the time she had her kid I was partner in a free business. I poured all the money into more properties for the next generation or two, honestly I had them live off of the husbands royalties. I quickly owned most of Riverview. Made money kind of stupid pointless.

Haven't messed with businesses or properties, so this will definitely be worth checking out! I have another tip that can be tried, if you have Sims University another way that you can make a lot of money from a career, is to max out your jock influence and get into the sports agent career. Get promoted to get to level 2, then you get the chance to "Analyze Sports Statistics", which will raise your performance each time you perform the interaction, 6 times will max your job performance. Go to work, get promoted, rinse and repeat. Once you get to level 10 you can repeat this process and guarantee that you get a raise each time you come to work from maxing your job performance each day before work by analyzing sports statistics. Of course you're going to also want to work on co-worker relationships, social networking, and charisma skills to get and stay at the top of your career, but sports agent is by far one of the best careers since it's very easy to max out the job performance on that career, and once you get to the top you can continuously get raises guaranteed every day, plus unlike other university careers, you don't have to keep on top of jock influence either. Just get high gardening skill, find the money seed and plant. Here and there, as the tree starts to grow the money and you harvest, new seeds you drop around. You plant those and keep growing your “money plantation”. Don’t forget to fertilize regularly the trees so you don’t need to plant news ones to replace dead trees. When you get a couple of them working, 10 or so, you will be making 23, 24K PER DAY in harvest. That’s like the most profitable activity in TS3 base game by far.

I got ts3 w all packs today and there's so much to discover. Currently trying to grind uni and it ain't easy lol, controls are taking me a bit to get the hang of, too. Honestly, it's so crazy how I haven't even discovered 1% of the game, unlike the sims 4.

my sims bring in hundreds of thousands in book royalties each week so i have them live in a big house then buy an additional house in the world, they buy properties, multiple cars, boats, they go on vacation everywhere and hoard collectibles, buy more vacation homes

Resorts are pretty OP for moneymaking once you start seriously min maxing them. Also, where do you get those custom content cars that cost a million? I can only find cars at 100K classes or so.

First sorry for my lack of communication! So I eventually have got a way which is not really fast but it's efficient and you do this without any cheats. Also it's makes you more motivated and busier with the game! So when you are making a Sim, make them a fairy! Then for map, choose the map Moonlight falls.when you start the game buy an arcade machine. Then because you have already become a fairy there would be an option while clicking on the arcade machine called " cheat the system" when you click on that the Sim would turn into a fairy and goes inside of the machine and pick things. Sometimes you get bags of money that you can sell. Another way is to learn three skills, Gardening,Alchemy and Science. By Gardening you have to get some essential seeds and mushrooms which would be used for making potions. Also the perk of producing your own food. You have to make two potions all the time, potent ingrovating elixir and potent of bliss. The first one makes you stay up for 24/7 and the second one keep your socialization moodlet to its maximum point, but making them you need some seeds which you can buy from the Alchemy shop from the map so you can plant them and produce more. Try to visit the swap and sell shop everyday because specifically two of the most expensive gems and metals would pop up in its list which is soulpeace and supernoviom( first one cost about 7000 and second one cost about 30000). Try to visit the shop everyday and you'll get to see them on the list and buy them. Cut the soul peace with a stone cutter machine and smelt the metal but don't sell them, keep them and try to boost your science level as well by reading the books for science which is faster to learn than just buying the machine and search for science. When you reach the 9th level of science, an option would be unlocked on the science machine which is " clone the sample". Put the soul peace or supernoviom on a table or on the floor so you can see it, click on the " analyze ". Do this for some time and it would give you samples of the mineral. Put the sample in the machine and it would clone the sample. Do this for plenty of times, sell it and boom, you have unlimited money without cheating!

Hi thanknu this was helpful, i started by bying a retail lot starting from small emty lot then whent and build on it thinking if i sold it would cost more to get profit as the game house flipper 😂 but i didnt get any more mony thogh lost all the money i used for furniture 😢 when we buy lots resdental do they become more expensive if i hold on to them to sell?

I’ve never even played Sims 4 I played sims 3 when it first came out until 2016 and haven’t played since I always had mods and custom content in my games. I was never intrigued by sims 4 and wanna start getting back into sims 3.

Great video. It came up in my recommendations. Although I knew all this, I still watched it all just to see the video, because it's good🤗 I usually play rags to riches style. I like to get my sim in a job for the gameplay too, at least to fulfill his aspirations and make good money at the start. Than leave the job, start painting and/or writing for more simoleans. After the dough just keeps coming in and I've maxed all properties I like to max every skill. I also do a lot of evil things for fun😈😹

Of course, we can't talk about investing unless we first talk about paralle--I mean, about getting the game to load and save and generally run better.
