How can you get high-paying coaching clients?
I'm going to tell you something that's likely to ruffle a few feathers.
The way to get the best clients is to charge way more than what you're charging right now. Unfortunately, that means that healthcare won't be accessible to everyone. You CAN'T be accessible to everyone because then you're selling yourself short, spending hours and hours of time working and not coming away with the financial freedom and rewards that you deserve.
The work you're putting in is based on years of education, experience, and knowledge and that's worth A LOT.
The truth is that we exist to solve a problem. This problem is so unique and important that people should be paying for it. As a health practitioner, you're in a position to transform people's lives in a way that no other profession can.
So, in order to get the clients you want, I have five important points that you should consider.
1. Know your worth - you can turn someone's lead into gold. With your education, knowledge, and experience, you can transform someone's life. Their life isn't going to be transformed with a $20 book. If that's the way they think then that isn't a client you want. The clients you want will pay because they know that to make a change in their life, it's going to cost commitment.
2. Who cares about the competition? Winners obsess about their clients. I know a lot of marketing gimmicks will say look to your competition to see what they're doing. I'm saying, don't do it. Why would you? Focus on your clients. They're the most important people in your world. Your competition shouldn't even exist. Forget about them. They're not worth your time. Do you know who is worth your time? Your clients. If you're following your competition online, unfollow them. Go follow your clients. See what their everyday life is like. Find out where and how you can help them.
3. Your job is to solve a major pain or problem. Don't lose sight of that core duty. From there, you can work on the marketing and communication and social media or whatever it is that gets your program out there. First, you need to discover what's affecting your patients the most and hone in on that. Find a way to fix it. Develop a program or method that treats this issue. These issues can range from migraines, weight loss, skin issues, and gut issues to back pain and insomnia. Once you've got this program, focus on how you can communicate it in a way where someone sees that the only way to fix it is by working with you. A book or magazine article or essential oil won't help them. The only thing that will help is your guidance.
4. You need a framework and system to generate leads, and then once you've got this lead, you need a framework and system where one conversation will get you a "yes". How can you bring clients into your virtual practice and then convince them to work with you after one conversation? 5. Swim in the soup of people who get you and are in the same boat. Surround yourself with health experts who will support you, confirm your beliefs, and pick you up when you get down. There will be people who doubt you and scoff at what you're charging. Leave these people behind. You know your worth and you know how much work you're putting into your client's health progress. When you surround yourself with people who understand this, you're automatically elevated. The best people to do this with would be other health experts, and especially those who are in the virtual practice realm.
