But according to the references / writings, this cake would be typically French. I think it's my favorite cake! It smells so good! And it is so heartwarming! The whole family will love to taste it. It is quick to make, it is healthy and it requires few ingredients! Even the frosting is quick to make! The secret that I reveal and that makes for me the Best carrot cake (comes from a distant memory during a trip to London a few years ago where I tasted the best carrot cake and which contained the secret ingredient that I recognized thanks to my profession). 50 gr of sugar
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
