I'm a realtor and do not have a sales funnel. In fact, I didn't really know what it was until you explained it in layman's terms. How would a sales funnel work for realtors?

@@livinginmiami305 Hey Alex - I would use the same approach, for example: If you get a lot of clients via word of mouth, how can you encourage more people to talk about you? How can you incentivize them? And for the nurture part - could you set yourself apart by providing a free 'honest guide' to the homebuying process? Or a checklist of what to look for as a homebuyer? And then how do you make it a no-brainer for them to buy? Maybe you offer to share your knowledge or contacts to make the move easier if they buy from you. I think especially in your industry it can be very daunting for people (and there's a lot of mistrust) - think about what keeps your clients up at night and what drives them. Are they just 'buying a house', or is it the lifestyle of that area the crave, or is it a fresh start they really are looking for? Take it step by step and plan out what you can provide that others don't.

Thank you for putting the "human" back into the sales process. I love your terms for the "funnel" and your storefront analogy. Your explanations are so darn easy to understand which makes creating a real sales process, or funnel, logical. To answer your question, no I don't have a sales funnel - I've hated the jargon and the pressure tactics I've related to the typical "funnel programs and coaches" but now I've heard your video, I can hardly wait to get started building my own funnel.

im just download your template and will update you on the process of it all. Im getting into the digital product world. I use chat GPT to write my strategy an this will be my first ever making a sale funnel so im a little scared at the same time.i came acoss your youtube page and the fact the you provide an sale funnel template for and free ..will give me an idea how this process go. As the title says, this video was focussed more on a simple look at sales funnels as a whole, but I do have other videos that walk you through the process oif creating a sales page - just check out the 'Sales pages' playlist. Also if you download my free canva sales page templates, there are a series of videos that ou get access to which may be of help - even if you don't use the template. Hope that helps. 🖤

Thank you for this video. Is it sensible to create a Sales Funnel that's specific to service-based freelancers? Much of what I'm finding is related to a course or digital product.

Absolutely! A sales funnel for a service based business may look a little different, but it's still about taking someone on that journey from just discovering you > to nurturing the relationship and building trust > to getting the to a point where they KNOW you are the PERFECT person to work with. It's about how they find you, and then how you get them to a point where they are ready to confidently buy your service. Does that make sense?

Hi Wayne, how do you put a capture form in a canva page?

Hey Patrick! It depends on what you use to create the form. For example with a google form you can just copy and paste the shareable link onto a page in the canva website and it automatically embeds. There is an app in Canva called 'Embeds' that allows other integrations too. If you create a form in ConvertKit or Mailchimp (or similar) your would need to just put a button on your Canva website and link that button to your form. Does that help?

@@createdbywayne Thanks for your quick reply, I found the "embed" application but I was aiming more for a form embedded directly in the canva page, I use ActiveCampaign. But I can accept a Google form or Typeform for example, thanks for your help :)
