I totally agree with your statement that we are trying to be complete. One day I was feeling dissatisfied and went to go matha tek at Gurdwara and looked up to see a poster with a gurbani pangti, it said, "Bina Santokh nahi ko raje". So my life goal is to be in santokh, and listening to your videos helps a lot in understanding what Santokh is.

Anyone who is on the spiritual path is a student (=sikh)(sikh in Sanskrit means student and in Punjabi it means ‘to learn something’). So once you are a student you are automatically a Sikh 🙏🏻

Wahe Guru 🙏 🌺 ❤. What you are referring to is there in the form of Karma Yog, Bhakti Yog, Raja Yog, and Jnana Yog. It was and is a part of all Eastern Traditions (Unfortunately people have forgotten them).

The Elephant in the living room-the metaphorical Ganesh ❤️🙏🏾 I’ve touched these shores twice and was always frustrated that I couldn’t simply retrace the steps…this is the question that sits within daily lately. Waheguru The words that came to your question early on, why to thrive, were: Looking for god in the wrong direction hence no quench to the thirst-like food with no nourishment; running from death and trying to cling from life, which goes back to survival disguised. A cow eats grass all day because there is very little nourishment there… Sometimes I think that religion misses is the ability to ask the right questions. Ultimately, Ji, the gurus and yourself…are the midwives to this process. It has to be ignited within us but with the right understanding. Thank you for this video ❤️

On an old video on marriage I channeled wisdom to help us all. So I shared this response: When that first child is born, it would have made me fall in love with my husband all over again if he just knew I needed him to bring the love of our guru, our God into our family through prayers and meditation. Especially during moments of breastfeeding. The sensations of profound Godly unconditional love are ever so present during breastfeeding. New mom’s need their partners to share truthful Guru guidance. Without this relationship love fades. Being new parents we were not knowledgeable of this. ❤
