Well you have inspired me. I have been in IT all my life and haven’t built a PC for 20 years. So i just placed an order today for all of these components. Went the dual pack 140 fans as suggested. I havent got the cpu yet as suggested still waiting for the new one. In Australia this has cost $3600 so far with out CPU. I did buy a monitor for $400 so AU$3200 with out cpu so far. I am only nervous about plugging the cables in the right spots. Thank you for the inspiration.

PC centric thanks to your videos I built up enough confidence to build my first ever PC. Specs tuf oc 4090, i9 13900k, msi mpg z790 carbon, gskills 2x 16 6000mhz, evga supernova p+ 1600, 4tb WD sn850x, all wrapped up in thermaltake core 6 pro. All blacked out. I couldn't be more in love with it. So thank you so much because without your videos I would never of built it.

Damn you went complete overkill on that PSU man lol. A 1000w ATX 3.0 PSU would have been enough. Regardless that is an amazing PC congratulations. I bet you were worried spending that much money on a PC that expensive and it being your first build. This reminds me back in 2016 when I built a Titan Xp and a I7 6900k with a 1tb Samsung 850 Pro Sata SSD and 1200w Corsair PSU.

I when overkill on PSU you to avoid blue screen crashes from power spikes my cousin was telling me about. But thanks for welcoming me to the PC live bud.

I could afford a 4080, but at that price, I could buy a 4070ti WITH a cpu! 4070ti is perfect for 1440p, and can definitely handle 4K with some ajustements. People are saying this gpu will last 2 years, but if you’re ok to lower your resolution to enjoy more demanding games, that’s a great gpu

Elegant choices on parts if I may say so. The case though should not be challenged by parts running hotter than these if reviews are to be trusted. Would the CPU you suggest not be a step too far up the performance rung? The 7700 would be. A step up already..

My favorite pc builder!! Curious how long will that 12 gig vram last since we see now people paid way to much for other nvidia cards that are useless now? I have 6700xt much slower than 4070ti but it’s just funny that my gpu suddenly destroys most of 30 series nvidia now

The rear 120 fan will fit in that case. You just need to install it last. I have a 360 AIO and Corsair LL fans all around in mine

The problem is, i've used the 4070 ti at 4K, its good but that 192-BIT memory bus just really gimps the resolution and performance scaling. It's more for 1440p.

The 4070ti was purposely nerfed by Nvidia to be a 1440p GPU. If it had a 256bit bus and 16gbs of ram it would be the best value GPU that would last for years.

I'm getting 141 (limited) fps most of the time at 1620p no upscaling ultra high settings in AC Valhalla with Pentyrch of VRAM left. Hate the shite devs not the decent cards lol

@@shmoo75 You should sell the 5700x and upgrade to the 5800x3d. You would get more life out of AM4 and save money. When you are ready to do a full on upgrade sell the old PC and upgrade everything.

The MSI Gaming X Trio was the first 4090 I could get hands on at a "decent" price; I think it looks excellent, especially in a vertical mount. If I didn't get that, then the 4070 ti in white with pink writing looks simply fantastic!

Verticals gpu mounting is the only option in the hyte y60 and y40 cases. You cannot mount it horizontally

Great build! I'm still tossing up between the 4070ti and the 4080 for a triple 1440p monitor, SIM racing rig using 165Hz IPS panels. I think the 4080 might be the best option for triples.

Hello good day. I need your help. I have an asus rog strix x570 f gaming motherboard and an amd ryzen 5800x processor. As ram, I am considering buying Corsair 32GB(4x8) Vengeance RGB Pro 3600mhz CL16 DDR4 Ram (CMW32GX4M4D3600C16) rams. When I install these rams, will the system work stably at 3600 mhz and with cl16 delay? Will I encounter any freeze and reset situations?

As long as you've got side fans as an intake you'd be fine, but it doesn't really make sense - I'd go for a 4000d, p500 or Y60

It’s does not come with the psu, it’s a Corsair PCIE .5 12pin to 16pin 12vhpwr white cable adapter sold separately for about 30 dollars

I just got a TUF 4070 Ti, and depite my CPU possibly being a bottleneck, I still managed to get over 100 frames on Ultra in RDR2 (in 1080p that is, I really don't need more than that). Too bad Dying Light 2 crashes whenever I switch from DX11 to DX12,but oh well...

Love the time to attention to detail you take 👌 Unfortunately the Y40 is an awful case, Hyte wanted a cheap Y60 alternative and very much missed the mark with what they wanted to achieve by cutting corners (literally). Apart from that, those specs are nice 😁

Im superpleased with my Y40 tbh. never seen an Y60 irl tho so can´t really say i have a preference but im good with mine.

Slow ram speed, Fast gpu and cpu doesnt make sense as you want a balanced pc. Everything counts
