This man will be the next elon musk from Pakistan and billgates will be the child of him He said: "We are not going to do remote work we are very old school, Many tech skills can be tought remotely but the most important thing leaders ship and orher social skills cannnot be thought remotly". How does this guy expect the world to take him seriously if he talks like this? 1:4 pyramid is too heavy and not in line with general industry practice. “We are old school”, just making a fool of people. Remote leaders concept has been around since 2000 and it works. Travelling is expensive, client want to spend on product not logistics. “We work on everything”, that’s a statement made by people who don’t have a vision, strategy and focus. He just casually throws words like python, AI, Machine learning etc. does not talk about any credible note worthy work they have done. His company is a body shop, a recruitment company who supplied people. I will be surprised if he has more than 100 full time employees on his companies payroll.
