Wow! It sounds like a Trio! When I close my eyes I can see the bass.... and a brushy drummer.... and the solo piano. But wait --- all there is is the piano! Just like a virtuos ink painting: there is only the a fish on the paper, but you see how he plays in the water! Great work!!!

I love watching you play, Sangah. You play that song with your entire body. I've been trying to learn that bass progression of yours, and I play by ear. I know the chords but you dazzle and amaze me every time I watch. I think I will have to listen a few more hundred times jut to get a reasonable facismile of what it is that you do. Your improvisation is excellent , and I know that whatever it is that you play, is done with all you feel within you. I think that you are one of the finest pianists that I know. You are also causing me to learn the 2-5-1 so that I can play along and improvise like you. Thank you for sharing your love of music with us all. You are one of the best. @@michealspencer5876 Oh I mean there is so many subgenres under jazz and during my learning time I didn't have the opportunity to learn in depth in the realm of jazz since I'm classically trained. All my piano teachers are more towards Baroque or Classical musics, so I didn't get much chances to play Romantic era pieces too (I heard many western netizens tells about the tenths which most probably I'm okay with nineths but tenths is definitely a struggling for my smaller hands)... apart from Jazz... And so far I could remember there like Ragtime (precursor of Jazz era), Jazzy (Romantic era switching out to Jazz), Strides, Bossa Nova, Swings, Blues and I think there are many more... So when I first heard this song played by Ms. Noona, it kinda reminds me of an old piece of Bossa Nova that I'd actually an opportunity to encounter but my teacher denied my request to take the piece as my ABRSM Grade 5 exam piece, instead we go for a contemporary piece that I do not like at all... it was kind of miserable time to me >.< XD

This is a song which reminds me of my childhood In the 70’s. This caused me a lot of emotion when all the pictures come back to me.
