So, we're going for a little bias appreciation video today because that's what I felt like watching. I just can't believe him! His stage presence, his expressions (!), his dancing - the sheer talent this man has. But it goes beyond talent in my opinion. There's something more that can't quite be defined, he fills out the stage and shines.

The trick with j-hope is that he is SMILING and seeming like he has the time of his life while doing the most crazy difficult things. So you might look at it and go 'huh, doesn't seem hard?'. It's fucking difficult mate, you'll snap something trying to copy it. People making things that should be hard look easy - a sure indication of mad skills. bow before the golden hyung also 5:37 *the worlds deepest sigh after being attacked by talent* 😂😂

I always feel like no matter how much anyone praises j hope, it'll still fall short because of just how amazing he is. he's always so sharp and precise with his moves yet at the same time they are full of feeling, it's not just about doing the right moves with the right techniques, it's the way he pulls you in and all the while he ALWAYS looks like he's having the time of his life. i think his aura is something that makes him stand out. ALSO, when you sang let go *chef's kiss* & and you look ethereal (more so than usual)

J-Hope has his own segment, like Jin does "Eat Jin", except J-Hope's is "Hope on the Street" and focuses on freestyle street dance. He'd frequently have Jimin, JK, or even V join him. He actually did one last year, on KZfaq live. Watching you lose it over him is a lot of fun. One of my favorite moves of his that isn't shown in this one is where he goes down on his ankles, like his foot doesn't even exist. He literally stands on his ankles and he can straighten up from that and get back on his feet. Personally, if I tried anything even remotely like that, I'd sprain my ankle. He's so incredibly talented.

I swear Hoseok is such a phenomenal dancer - he dances so effortlessly that he makes even the most complex of moves look easy 😩 "Hope On The Street" refers to the series of videos he uploads to Twitter, KZfaq & Vlive where he shows us his freestyle dancing. This video you reacted to showed many great clips, but I feel you have still barely scratched the surface when it comes to his freestyle abilities - he will seriously blow you away. I'm so excited for you because you honestly have so much more to look forward to! Hoseok used to compete in freestyle competitions prior to joining BTS and is by far one of the best, if not the best, freestyle dancers in kpop. I honestly swear he could freestyle in his sleep. I would love to see you react to a compilation of all his "Hope On The Street" videos one day - they're an absolute treat 😊💜 P.S. I absolutely love the way you describe Hobi at 8:01 and 8:49. You understand him so well. Something I find that makes his performances stand out is the fact that he's like a showman who plays with the audience. He absolutely owns the stage and is truly a born performer. His stage presence, charisma and command of the stage is nothing short of exquisite 💜

Hobi is so insanely talented - I think everyone who loves BTS understands just how special he is, in so many ways - his kindness, his attention to detail, his dance and rap/singing skills, his sweetness, and yes, his sexiness (it has to be said) Great reaction, thank you for posting 💜💜 The song is 21st Century Girls - you may remember they got some criticism for War of Hormone and Boy in Love, for objectifying women…21st Century Girls is their apology and atonement and it is awesome, when you see a live performance of it, you can understand how they truly feel about women, they perform it with such joy and exuberance (watch Yoongi and Tae, those Daegu boys appreciate women so much). I play it when I need a boost of fun and positivity - it’s not deep, it’s just sweet, funny, and loving 🥰 When Yoongi yells “all my ladies, put your hands up” I feel like he is giving me a hug!

I get what you’re saying regarding bias as I lean toward V as I relate heavily to his personality and perspective on things however I exist eternally in Hope world. J-Hope could literally dance to any type of beat and do so phenomenally. In addition, I also agree he is not one to be messed with as behind that sunny exterior there is a very strong individual who doesn’t tolerate ignorance....I love him! I love them all honestly lol!

Several years ago he did a content "Hope on the street". There he danced freestyle and showed his dancing skills. Sometimes he was with Jimin or Jungkook and also he shared his feelings about dancing freestyle, he taught his guest or the fans some dancing details. In 2020 april he did vlive where he was dancing over an hour and I've already watched it literally 10 times. The one where he slips on his knees and leans back he taught that dance to Jin

I just love Jhope! I know he is best known for his amazing dancing skills...but I love his rapping style as well. One other reactor said that he raps like a dance, it’s so very rhythmic and flowing! What I am amazed about him is that he had a rough start in BTS...he got some hate....or little love...but instead of internalizing this and making him resentful and bitter...he turned into mr sunshine...the one to give people hope! Also about his dancing...often it can get overlooked (Cos I swear I haven’t noticed these moves so thanks fancam reaction)...Cos as good as he is, he often is not at the center, and he gives a lot of attention to JK, Jimin and V during their group dance! But when you do focus on him you can see that he gives his all in all performances whatever his position. He once said that JK dances like his bones will break...well so does JHope! Another thing I love about him...he is very nurturing with the other members...the mom of the group! P.s. I love how totally mesmerized you were! Please don’t ever apologize for having an ultimate bias and basking in their talent! I think you better watch this on your own again and again! Btw...totally envious of you able to sing with them in Japanese...I really want to sing along with them in Korean...I try with the lyrics video ...but pronouncing the words properly is another story! Lol

Another thing we *HAVE TO TALK ABOUT* is Hoseok's facial expressions! he's insane!! I think it's such an important part of dancing! I still remember very vividly that day I had a long exhausting day at work, I came back home at night totally drained, I checked my phone and I saw that selfie he posted on Weverse and I immediately smiled and it's like, the exhaustion I felt after a long day at work was lifted because of that 1 selfie. ever since that day, he hold a very special place in my heart 😌😜😜 that selfie is now my phone lock screen 🤫🤭 if a man can make your sucky day better with just 1 photo, you know he's special 🥰 He totally wrecked me with just that 1 selfie 😌

Hanna, I cannot agree more with about you and everyone else in the comments are saying about J-Hope. I too am more than ever convinced that he is my bias. I don't have any more compliments about him, so I'll just tell you how he became my bias. Consider that I'm a grown woman and a teacher and that the last time I was this interested in an artist was back when I was fourteen. He is that powerful. I first discovered BTS through Dynamite and obviously at the time I was overwhelmed by the novelty, the colors, everyone's hairstyle, dancing, facials. A lot to take in. I didn't zero in on J-Hope at first. But I watched all the live versions of the song and as I did I started noticing this one guy who, although he didn't have many lines, stood out for how smoothly he was dancing (and for his smile). I even wondered to myself why he wasn't more front and center. Then I watched other songs, like DNA, On, Airplane pt. 2 and he started rising for me, but the two performances (one the opposite of the other) that first got me were Dionysus and Anpanman. I realized that my eyes were straying to J-Hope all the time. I didn't know he was the main dancer, because I only watched videos about the members of BTS a little later. Then came Blood, sweat and tears, especially the dance practice, and Boy meets Evil. But what really sealed it for me were the videos where he teaches the other members the choreographies. Other than a sweet ball of sunshine, he's in control and very detail oriented. When I saw how invested and aware he is of what they all are doing in their performances, I was sure he was my bias. Strangely enough, I also follow other three or four k-pop groups and I noticed the same pattern. I don't have other biases as strong as J-hope, but the ones that I prefer in these groups are all main dancers and rappers.

I feel like after watching this video I can die in peace. Since "Boys meet evil" I was waiting for you to give yourself fully and publicly to J-Hope. I was scared for two seconds because of Jimin's and V's growling, and Jimin's flirting, but your smile has spoken. I've watched the video three times while trying to write the comment just because I don't want to forget anything. J-hope has the ability to make a presentation 800% more intense just with his eyes and his expressions, to the point of making you question whether such a human being really exists (or makes you pause the video every 30 seconds for fear of heart attacks) But it also has the ability to put an instant smile on your face when He's just hobi. He has an incredible charisma and power when he dances that even makes people like me who don't dance even in dreams have that need to want to move to the rhythm just to get a little of that happiness that he is having. It's something similar to seeing your reactions, both make me happy, so thank you. Ps1: In my "I'm going to talk about my bias because I never talk about him" session ... Jin had to dance one of those solo stage by j-hope and nothing made me happier than seeing them both in teacher-student mode (Jin did it amazing btw) Ps2: I'd really need a "Hanna singing" warning because I had to rewind the video a couple of times (applicable to dance too) Ps3: And finally just as a small peaceful rally ... I'm waiting for the cyphers.

She represents all of us Hobi stans. Let's not pretend, we are weak af for our king Hoseok. No amount of praise is enough for Hobi. People sometimes may not realise that he is not just an incredible performer and dancer, he is also the co-leader of BTS alongside RM. He has an equal participation in writing and producing as RM and Suga. Not to mention how he much he loves his members and supports and encourages them. From teaching and nurturing Jin's dancing skills to emotionally supporting Jimin, who is his roommate, to supporting leader RM to being a kook with Suga and bringing out a sunshine side of Yoongi to acting like a maknae with the maknae line playing and laughing with them endlessly. I also love the deeper and darker side of him that he rarely shows in front of the camera. Similar to all of us, I am sure he has some insecurities, some hang-ups, his own fears. I mean who doesn't. But I love him with all of his flaws. I love love love Blue Side, the full version he recently released. It shows how much he has grown as a person and how he has found his feet and what direction he wants to take in his life. I hope he knows how much all of us love and support him with anything he wants to do in life. Any decision he wants to make, we will be there for him. And we will be there for every member of BTS. Btw none of this is to take anything away from other members. I love all BTS members and they are all special in their own unique ways and add to the monumental phenomenon that is BTS. 😊💜

He is the most experienced on stage than the other members I guess. His personality is what makes us fallen into him. And yes you are real jhope stan or biased or whatever if you think serious hobi is hot. I feel you Hanna😆 and his moves are so precise, on point, energetic, but not overpowering. I really miss hope on the street. Oh and it's from SEO Taiji 25th anniversary concert (hobi wear streetstyle outfit and the light on him) and it's from bts reel (when he dances with yellow tshirt n black sweatpants)

4:00 the song is called 21st century girls, it's a song about encouraging us, girls to think that we are beautiful and worth it Some people also say that they are referring to themselves as in BTS members because they are called 'GIRLS' and they answered haters with this I DONT GET WHERR HATERS CAN SEE GIRLS IN THEM, BLIND

I agree, but on another note I find it really weird how saying that a man looks like a woman or vice versa is considered an insult. Like there are supposed to be certain boundaries to be kept that distinguishes the masculine from the feminine. Why can't we have both? People who are androgynous have always fascinated and attracted me and I think that's actually the case for a lot of people. Combining femininity and masculinity shouldn't be something that people fear (because let's be honest that's what they do when they call men girls or women manly. Like, why do they use that as an insult). It's all good, it's all fluid, it's all beautiful.

@@YouandMe14 I can't agree with you more, but here the boys identify themselves as males. Even I don't get why people hate on them by addressing them as girls, both females and males have some percent of the opposite gender but less And I'm an Asian, and Asian men have soft features, and have visually more for female feature which don't make them girls It's not an insult, but a triggering point for us armies, like haters use it just to trigger us without thinking it doesn't matter at this point :)

Thank you for such a great reaction to my ultimate bias!)) I think that ppl who have the same bias have lots in common (such as tastes in ppl, music and style). I agree with every word you said here! To me he is also one minute extremely nice and shiny , and another - super sexy and mysterious ! Love him so much and seriously consider him one of the most multi talented ppl in the industry! Love all 7 of them but Hobi just took my heart and never gave it back )))

You have to be an amazing dancer when you can make the chicken noodle soup dance look good 😂😂 Seriously, he always grabs my attention when he is dancing. I think a lot of people underestimate him because his movements seem so effortless and thinking of "Just Dance" there is no need for him to perform a super complex choreo even though he has amazing skills. His stage presence must be very strong, I guess. Btw "Hope on the Street" is worth seeing 💜

Realised that you didn't know about their first original Japanese song called For You. It's an awesome song! Japanese fans sing in before their concert starts everytime.. Here's the link. They have 2 MVs for it. One with a cute storyline, and one with just the choreo, which is this one! kzfaq.info/get/bejne/i7KDp92Ytr_WoZ8.html

J-Hope got me into BTS because of Hobi, I have have always loved dance and I stumbled on a 45 minute from Hope on the Street. 45 minutes of Hobi free styling! Yes free styling and it was amazing. It was down the rabbit hole after that. Fell in love with their vocals, melodies, lyrics, visuals, dancing, rapping, acting, artistry, and their message, their sweet, funny, humble, beautiful souls. Min Yoongi is my bias, but Hobi was what drew me in first.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

I love j-hope’s dance!!! He’s too talented. I’d also love to see one of this video reaction to Jimin’s dance too. I’d recommend “jimin iconic and underrated fancams” , “ jimin legendary fancams” or “jimin being powerful on stage for 22 min”. These are too good.

I just love Jhope -- im just really drawn to his energy- his stage presence is out of this world and of course his dancing skills - i do love all the other members, the rest of the band are my bias wreckers- im with you with facial expression and serious jhope just gets to me -- im not a prof dancer but i watch a lot of dance competitions of different genres -- jhope makes are hard move look easy cuz he does it with ease - another detail i appreciate which i see in professional dancers is JHope always completes the move, if the move entails.rolling the shoulders, he completes it- if the move is to extend the arms up its fully extended which is typical.of prof. Dancers - it may seem insignificant but it just completes the move - there's something in the way JHopes move --- jhope is king of hip hop for BTS - i will say Jimin owns the contemporary numbers simply because his dance training was contemporary/modern dance -- overall im just happy to find a jhope bias 💜
