I’ve learned from sad experience what happens when a main jet brakes from over tightening. Almost ruined an epic ride. I had to use a tiny screwdriver to back the threads out of the carb. I’ve also learned what happens when you don’t tighten them enough. Mistakes are our best teachers. Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

I’ve done the same. Broke a jet off 20min before the start of an enduro. Barely made the start.

3M Super 88 electrical tape (thicker than Super 33) has made every pair of infinitely adjustable fork seal installation cups I've needed.

Was just watching this older video and absolutely love the wrench you were using to very easily swap the main jet. So much easier than removing or even just rotating the carb for access. Could you possibly give the specs on what that particular wrench setup is? Thanks so much and love the videos.

@@02Clint Its a true rumor 😉 After many issues and then the bike leaving me ride-less for months and struggling to find information and parts.. I had enough. I purchased a 2016 Husky TE250... Its been rock solid, easy to deal with and beast on the trails.

Hey Morgan, searched for WP open chamber on your channel and this is just what I was looking for. Questions though. I changed my fork oil awhile ago (before watching this vid) and I think I use the cap tool for all the disassembly and reassembly........Oooof What's the best way to get it back like it should be? I just took the forks off to do seals tomorrow and did notice that the rebound basically has no affect, they are like pogo sticks!!! lol Any and all advise appreciated.
