Good stuff. Regarding wires, try to avoid and use multiple ACH transfers which are usually free and much more secure than wires. In the 800k example they could send in 4 200k batches. Now a wire will clear immediately but the ACH will clear in 1-2 business days.

Thank you Lisa for the video. What do you think will happen to property values of homes in an area where a large corporation is developing a subdivision with 100+ homes/townhomes to be rented out, and not sold???

I personally think this will be of concern for any potential buyer. If, after some time this developments brings with it, congestion or increased crime there will of course be a bigger concern and values will be affected in a negative fashion. But either way, rental communities are a negative to existing single family homes in the area. Most people don't like it.

That's kinda what I thought. I called Nassau County's planning department, and it's difficult to get anyone in the planning department to take any questions regarding the development.

@@PaulAmeliaIslandThat’s because They are incentivized by Corporate interests and not yours or your neighbors. Usually Federal $$ also plays a role in finance etc
