Super nice thanks Doctor. Really want a pair of this. I try play tennis with many mid top basketball shoes. To be honest, It is just feel way better than regular tennis shoes. Those bio feedback is no joke. Give u tons of confident. It connect the feel from the ground all the way to ur leg. Like u leg and ur ankle and ur foot work as one unit. And I do realise ur movement looks a lot more aggressive and confident in this video compare to others.

If you play volleyball,indoor basketball, blacktop basketball,tennis,pickleball,the new balance cg1 is the only shoe you need to pack in your bag,while wearing another pair of cg1 everywhere else,possibly the single greatest court shoe ever,change my mind

Update 2 weeks later: I love these shoes for outdoor bball play. They are selling out again, and I wish I had bought 2 pairs now. It is true what the doctor said in the video. The rubber is hard and so I would use other shoes for indoor bball play. I cant wait until another colorway is released because I'm going to buy a second pair in my size.

Love these vids and your unbiased reviews! I need the holy grail of shoes (I know,I know it doesn’t exist, haha)!! I need a wide toe box with a durable sole (I’m a toe dragger) I have high(ish) arches and wear custom full lengths orthotics. I haven’t found a shoe that will lock my heal in (orthotics tend to raise my heel a bit). I also play hardcourt and like to slide. I would love to hear some recommendations. Current shoe is Babolat Propulse fury 1/2 size up for a better forefoot fit. Cheers!

Other than this shoe and the Yonex Eclipsion (with their Graphite Drive Sheet) and the THE ROGER Pro by On, are there any other tennis shoes currently using a carbon plate in the midsole? I cannot find any others.

Zach, Love your videos! In a quandary over which one (or two) of a half dozen pickle shoes to get. Have severe heel pain after playing pickle (im 67) and im limping for weeks with a stretch brace on at night, frozen water bottles and stretching, things will eventually calm down alittle but will still be off and on painful till i play again and then we start all over. I have 2 versions of powersteps and 3-4 other similar brands in all my shoes (i love cowboy boots and i have them In all those as well). Ive been playing in hoka bondis, asics running shoes and hoka gaviotas all with powersteps. I have completely flat and very wide feet size 12 or 12.5 but wear 13 2E or 4E (3&3/4 wide, nearly 4 if widest spots both sides) if i can get wide shoes. Based on your reviews im leaning toward either Asics gel resolution 9 or New Balance coco cg1 with the following also under consideration. Babolat SFX 3 All Court Mens Tennis Babolat jet mach 3 Prince T22.5 Men's Tennis Shoe All great shoes, but any suggestions or advice?

How do you think they compare to the diadora blue shield/ diadem/torneo with regards to forefoot cushion? I would use them for tennis , but have alot of ball of foot pain and diadora seems to be the only shoe to help with that . I would be excited to have a different shoe that does the same thing.

Hi - Curious if you had any advice. I unknowingly ordered a D width of this shoe and realized they were too wide once I played in them. They aren't slipping off, but my foot is sliding around on the bottom of the shoe. Any recommendations on how to fix? Or should I just call it a wash, order the right width, and take the loss?

Hi, I am looking for shoes similar to the old ubersonic 3 with it sock like design, less padding, lightness feel, and speed. Would this or something else be reminiscences? Currently been using the 2022 barricade and they been a little too padded and stiff, especially when im not where long socks. Worst shoes I’ve tried in years- stiff, clunky, extremely difficult to lock down a lower volume foot. The elastic piece was too long to even engage so accomplished nothing. The extreme outrigger encourages pronation but the arch support isn’t very good and the upper material in the arch area is flimsy canvas so offers no push back, either. These are nothing like the 994s. It’s like they took the most uncomfortable, non-supportive bits of the Lav v2, doubled down on them, and then added a stiff, high top collar to dig into your ankle for good measure.

just wish they didn't have the player name on the shoe. dont like it even rafas cage 4 with his name
