Om ha hum. I take haritaki everyday to detoxify me internally and externally. If the medicine buddha holds it and I have a picture of him in my prayer Room along with tsongkhapa, Drupada kunley and guru Rinpoche aka padhmasambhava, one of the best gifts I’d received from Tibetan Buddhist
