Today I just finished the book and now I'm here for some information. In the end did Theo arrested by police? I think Theo was a psycho , why he didn't leave his wife when he knew that she cheated with him. In my opinion the plot twist is very small and I don't shock actually. Shock for little bit not that much. I saw some movie exact same twist so it doesn't matter for me.

Yes, Theo was arrested by the police at the end. And he didn't leave his wife because he still loved her. He just wanted to take revenge on Gabriel.

Jub 6 saal pehle Theo Gabriel or Alicia k ghar gyaa tha to why didn't he recognized their faces and their house later during investigation?I mean why he didn't recognized that they were the same people with whom he had met 6 yrs ago?

Theo only went to Alicia and Gabriel's house once and at that time, he tied Alicia and Gabriel to chair. And then he asked Gabriel whether he wants himself to die or his wife. He told Theo that he can kill Alicia. After that Theo untied Alicia and left. And then Alicia killed Gabriel.

Theo recognized everything. He went to the hospital to treat Alicia because he knew that after the night he broke into her house, Alicia killed Gabriel and went mute. Theo felt sorry about doing this to her, that’s why he wanted to treat her. But what he didn’t know what that Alicia would recognize him.

Well, the reason why Theo tried to kill Alicia could be multiple. Maybe he felt sorry for her and wanted to help her. Or maybe he just wanted to find all the against him so that he can destroy them. Like her diary, which only she knew where she has hidden it.
