Literally just bought this and read it myself last week. Beautiful edition and a great start before the illustrated Children of Hurin, Beren and Luthien and Fall of Gondolin. Silmarillion is very hard reading, stick with it till chapter 19 and it really opens up :)

I need to pick up Children of Hurin, Beren and Luthien and Fall of Gondolin too 👀 I've ready some of Children of Hurin as I borrowed it from my aunt a few years back, but I'm slowly making my way through the whole Tolkien collection 😅

Thanks for this! Exactly what I was looking for. I will be purchasing this edition ASAP. Possibly the most awes inspiring fantasy book I’ve ever read.

Hi, thank you soo much for sharing this and unboxing! The illustrations are very nice! I am still looking for this book since it’s hasn’t yet available in our region. I hope I can find one book for this since I haven’t read The Silmarillion ever since. I want to know the beginning and where it all started in Tolkien’s world since I am a fan of The Hobbit and LOTRs. But thank you for sharing this video! Nice one! ☺️😊
