Hi Lia. My favorite times are sitting at the ocean with friends or by myself, reading and relaxing under a soft cotton blanket. I don't wear makeup anymore, only wear comfortable clothes that I like and am trying to get the nerve up to let my hair go naturally grey. My husband is routing me on but it makes me mad at myself that I think what will other people think. I love your videos. Authentic and real.

If you let it naturally gray aka silver ladies now days dye to get the gray/silver look embrace it. Oh I have a friend at 14 gray, is about 54 now.

I think I need to incorporate more gratitude in my life. Also, I am always so busy accomplishing tasks on my days off that they don’t always feel restful or restorative. But that’s why I am trying to declutter, because with less stuff to manage, hopefully I will have more time to do things I find meaningful…. Not sure what those things are yet tho!

For the life of me, I cannot learn how to enjoy cooking. And, as a frugal, health conscious mother of 4, I do cook a lot (plus the homemade kombucha, which is really the best). Helas, some things aren't even type 2 fun but we still must tackle them.

Love your introspection, so much wise advice on how to be satisfied with the everyday. I’ve always felt that moderation provides more contentment and peace in one’s life. Less about competing and comparing ourselves with others and more about enjoying the present moment and its simple pleasures. I’m in my 60s now but really appreciate your content.
