A very simple recipe for cheesecake from a bucket with chocolate icing.

Ingredients:
CAKE BOTTOM:
200g cocoa biscuits
130g butter
CURD:
1 kg of bucket cheese (cottage cheese)
200g butter
6 eggs
pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
1 package (16g) of vanilla sugar
2 x vanilla or cream pudding
100g candied fruit peel (or any other addition)
ICING:
100g of milk or dark chocolate
50 ml milk or cream 30%
1 cup of any nuts
