PSP is my favorite because the graphics style actually matched with style of TS2 PC, which kind of impressive. Though the home console like PS2 is pretty fun for its gameplay and has more complexity.

Yo! Do you guys know if the original xbox had as good gameplay just like the gamecube version? In terms of graphics i see the xbox a little better then the other consoles someone please respond !! thanks

@@AnonymousBoss1 i was originally here following a rabbit hole about how there was going to be a second Urbz, but it was repurposed to be the xbox/ps2/gamecube version of the sims 2, and you can kinda see some reused animations from urbz. the main console versions probably all play the same but seem to be different from the pc version

Sims 3 is still peak Sims in terms of creativity and freedom for your sim (driving for example). Hands down for me PC Sims 2. My mind was blown when we could add 3 floors.

The direct control Sims games were in my opinion the best overall. Yeah, there were alot of limitations compared to the pc based versions but had way more control.

Psp had the best story I never played gameboy or Ds but psp had such a good story and missions it was awesome and when u talked to people u actually had dialogue options

It has always been weird to me how the PS2 version graphics are superior to the PC one. Like the lighting and landscapes are more detailed. I wish there was some kind of mod to get the same visual quality.

If I remember correctly the PS2 era was the last era where consoles were more powerful than PC, might've changed in the latter half idk but it was true in 2002ish

The gamecube version was my favorite because you controlled your character like an rpg. It was my first sims game and after I found out that was not normal for pc, I can't play the other games. Anyone know of a mod that allows you to take control of your character like that for sims 3/4?

Same, the first one i played was sims 2 for original Xbox and the direct control was so much fun, I can't do the whole click and point thing for some reason, it's just not as fun for me.
