Hi simmers! I'm back with another speed build in The Sims 2.
I hope you like it. I use The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection on this build, and some CC i have it, mainly from modthesims. I you donwload the build, the cc its gonna added to your game, so i try to keep the most clean and free cc possible!!!
So the build its an apartment building with 2 units per floor. It's in the new neighborhood i'm building for the sims 2.
You will find 2 units. 1st one, the smallest one, has 1 on suite bedroom with bathroom, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, living and dinnig room with integrated kitchet and a balcony / patio where your sims can enjoy the barbecue!
The 2nd one, has the onsuit bedroom with barthroom, and 2 bedroom's plus a full bathroom. This last one inclueds a back patio and a full size balcony where you can put a jacuzzi or what ever you want beacause of the size!
The price its gonna be: $2880 to $3306.
To rent fully furnished you just need to use the testing cheats.
Just open the console box: ctrl+shift+c and type boolprop testingcheatsenabled true and clik enter. Then shift+ click on the apartment door and select RENT FURNISHED and enjoy!
