After 4 years of seeing this over and over again (and loving it), it would have been amaaaaaazing if this house had solar panels on the roof.. it would be insaaaaaneeeee to own a house like that in reality

Railing is a better word isn't it? What a cool house and its 'airy' . Green,purple,blue, and red- how nice! It glimmers and shines with awesome pools and everything else.

this is your best house curtis, its so modern. i love also how the pools flow into the basement and will definatly use that for my future houses. please try and use the same style on more houses

EA should hire you to be in charge of like, everything involving furniture, houses, and building. Because you are the best Sims architect I've seen ANNND you are a wonderful decorator, haha.

Wow. The jaggedness and the entryway! The contextual recognition is superb!! It's peripheral living spaces integrate so perfectly with outside by way of full wall glazing! Loving this design. If only the roof planes could be anything OTHER than horizontal. Despite that, well done! :D

This is very much related to the video and thoroughly discusses the strong points and beautiful architecture that Curtis Paradis has spent hard work into. This comment is entirely worthy of 50+ thumbs up and not at all another case of attention whoring that you see on other KZfaq video comments. Meanwhile, the house is beautiful and I would download it if this computer had the Sims 3 game on it. Just lovely, Curtis.

And the owner of the house, in a fit of rage after his company's stock plummets, throws his stapler absent-mindedly at the adjacent pool, thus flooding his den! Very unique addition to any house that I have seen, but not sure if I would do the same thing in my houses, heheh.

Very clever as usual! My ONLY criticism is your placement of the trashcan and mail-box that I’ve noticed in some of your other houses too. For time-management purposes, putting the trashcan outside a kitchen’s back door and the mail-box by the front door is much more convenient for Sims. There’s space for the mail-box at the top of the stairs and a small deck behind the kitchen would accommodate the trashcan as well as a telescope, grill and seating for that fantastic view! Just suggesting.
