Hi Guys!
After a long time finally here is my new house, hope you like it!
Lot Size: 64x64
Location: Island Paradise
Song: Blackmill: Spirit of life
All expansion packs and stuff packs used except: diesel stuff pack, katy perry stuff pack, movie stuff pack and sims 3 into future.
IMPORTANT!
This house is not 100% cc free because there is a couple of patterns that i detected with custard but i can't find them in the house for delete it... you may have problems with some store content that i used in this house too. (They may not appear)

Im an Architect and use all of the big design and CAD based programs, i'm still blown away by the simplicity of SIMS 3 and what you can do with it. I dont usually comment but your design deserves a comment, Look and feel - i love it! think more emphasis should have been placed on the water view (larger windows facing the water) but who will ever find someone else's design to be perfect! Well done bud! great work!

Hey! i use programs like 3ds max, and some rendering programs like v-ray too, and i totally agree with you about the great capacity of the sims 3 for design... I'm really grateful for your nice comment! thanks!

Every so often I've got to come back and have another look at these fantastic houses. I miss the time when detailed building was just so much more interesting and rewarding.

Do some in sims 4 but stick with sims 3 build more modern mansions maybe use some from los angeles and dont use cc

OMG THIS IS THE BEST MODERN HOUSE EVER I SOOO WANT THIS IN REAL LIFE. This is the best modern house video I've seen in da world!!!! And the background music makes it relaxing and pumped up at the same time which is cool. Keep up the awesome work!

For those who have problems finding the exact lot, where the ground fits. You gotta have to clear that lot where Hobarts Hideout is. Which is the free resort :))

You need to install it and then go to the game, go to ''edit city'' menu and there you can find the downloaded house then put the house in a empty 64x64 lot :)

This is without a doubt the best looking house I've seen on KZfaq for a very long time. If I was allowed to swear I would have to emphasize my point. It is totally brilliant. Would you ever consider doing a Let's Build so the rest of us amateurs can learn something? I've just become a subscriber and look forward to many more interestingly awesome builds.

Yes, you're right! is 2 fireplaces paced together, is a base game fireplace, you can find it near the end at the catalog :D

Thanks for getting back to me. I did figure it out. I just like the way it looked. You've given me a lot of great ideas. I don't copy exactly but use the fundamental idea and make it my own. You've put so many details into the furnishings that I have to re watch the video to take it all in properly. Will you do another one soon?

Can't help it, this is the 4th time I've watched the video and each time I get excited and want to watch it again. I just wish I knew how you achieved some of the effects e.g. like putting the island counter tops together to make this awesome table. I haven't seen the fireplace anywhere could you possibly tell me where you got it? I've got to congratulate you on a masterfully built house. :))

Cheat crtl + shift + c: testingcheatsenabled true. After that : you can shift + click mailbox. After that : crtl + shift +c : moveobjects on After that : crtl + shift +c : buydebug on With the moveobjects on ... You can put objects inside others (use it to make your bed bigger. With the buydebug on you can pretty much buy more miso stuff. Hope it help! Only on the sims 3 pc
