HOW DO YOU GET EVERYTHING TO LOOK SO PERFECT. the atmosphere and aesthetic you make out of these are beautiful, I like the dining room, it gives off a rustic old look yet mixed with some modernness, i also like the porch, it has a avocado vibe to it.

(ITS A BIRD!! 🐦) THE WAY YOU DECORATEEE its just makes me feel comfortable like the clutter and everything! The numbers this time were pretty big, but that's fine! It was still pretty fun for you to do this challenge, like, I dont care what you say, but the house today is amazing (like always!). I dont usually comment on videos in general and I just had to say what I had to say, continue the great work and have fun!

For me using the budget up to 0 Simoleons is a fun part of the challenge, and I love seeing whenever you do it 🥰 the way cou sneeked this chunk of charcol in the dining room was hilarious 😂💕

I have an idea! What if you create a sim, then make a house shaped like a person? Then you can give the rooms a different personality- like even chaotic can be a very messy room, or they can have a bunch of rooms that make up a heart, and if they love their pet(s), they can have a room for their pets as a part of it? Idk-

I've done this before, and had 30 tiles per room. With that much space I pretty much turned one bathroom into a mini spa with a sauna. haha

Something youtube should add is like a prediction thing that last for the first 1 min or set chosen time and then once you've watched for 1 min it closes the prediction for the rest of the video until it reveals at the appropriate time if you were right or not! That would be SO fun! So for example Sarah could add a prediction saying "will I add an authority in this build?" and the viewers could vote yes or no! Instead of YT trying to change the layout of the website every year, they should really try to focus on cool fun features, kinda like some of the twitch ones!

make a challenge where you use the same amount of objects and tiles. for example. you use 21 tiles for a room so you use 21 objects

The punching bag made me laugh bc I grew up living with my dad and brother and we had a punching bag in our downstairs hallway that they would push into the living room😅 between that and the basketball hoops on every door frame it was obvious we liked sports😂

This is one of the only builds I’ve seen in the sims 4 that actually looks lived-in. The other “lived-in” builds usually look like they were staged for an open house (mine included). Well done! This was a fun challenge to watch!

ive been watching you for a couple months, and i think you should build a house only using the base game items no passes, or build a house without deleting a item, so if u place an item u have to keep it :)

for a different range get everything a room would need that is of decent quality, so living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, and bath. add it all up then divide by the number of rooms in this case 5. then get items of the best quality and do the same. add an amount for decor and you have a min/max

if you dont already have a video on it can you give a tutorial on how to get the tools you have, like the sizing and rotating ones? and give a tour of all the packs you have and dont have so i know which ones to buy for the items? :)!

I have an idea! In the spirit of the get back to school season and New Monster High reboot, you should do a Monster High themed build! You could make the school or themmed house, or redo specific maps/worlds into a MH fan paradise/universe!🤗

Maybe you can do a spin on the random budget challenge where each room increases the budget by $500. So for example Room 1 - 500 Room 2 - 1000 Room 3 - 1500 Etc..

you should do: - Every room is different death: Cowplant, starvation, heat, drowning, freezing, old age, embarrassment, etc. - Each room is a different letter: For example, if you got “M” for the living room, you could only have things starting with the letter “M” in the sims catalog.
