1750s backyard probably would have some curved pathways, a well or fountain, big trees, an outhouse, a herb/vegetable garden, sculptures and curved hedges and flower beds (if you were wealthy).

The 2000s bathroom looks EXACTLY like my grandmas bathroom, she had a redo of her bathroom in the early 2010s so it makes sense-

For 1950s, you definitely should have used the Dream Home Decorator pack. It screams 1950s/mid-century😂

I love this challenge!! I would’ve loved to see a mid-century vibe on the exterior because it would’ve been perfect with the roofing and it’s a very 70’s style! The house was really cool though and this challenge is a really cool idea. I just watched plumbella’s version too :)

For the 1940s, People themselves still used double beds but in TV shows they had a problem showing the double beds because it was considered inappropriate So they used separate beds.

I think every generation had way more brown than we think. Our bathroom in the 80s was brown (towels, shower curtain, toilet lid cover, etc.) and our carpet was super dark brown. Couch? Brown. Cabinets? Brown. Tile floor? Tan/brown. I don't actually think we had any neon anything. HAHA

You should do a house where every room is a different Wandavision episode ( because of the way their house is). I loved the Vampire type room :)

Oh my dear. You keep saying the 80's were neon. No.... no they were not. They were BROWN! Every freaking object and surface was BROWN! Ugly brown sofas, ugly brown curtains, ugly brown wooden walls. SO MUCH BROWN!! Yes, I was born in 88, but I suffered through so many 80's houses. lol

Yes, the living room in my house growing up was built in the late 70s but the style persisted long into the 80s....wood paneling on all the walls. Brown and tan carpets. So much brown. Lol. We may have had some neon colors in the late 80s, but that was mostly clothing.
