This mobile home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, an eat-in kitchen, washing machine, clothesline and a juicing shed. Plop down a yard sale table from City Living and sell your juice. Make sure to have your sim sit on the bar stool and then use PC.
It is no longer necessary to use the move objects cheat when placing lots built with the cheat on, however, I still recommend placing lots from the lot and not the world map. It is also better to place the lot on the lot it was built on, placing on another lot can change terrain paint and cause objects to disappear.

Wow! Who would have thought the long forgotten Johnny Zest was doing so well. After 10 years happily married to a beautiful woman and seems a smart son who he loves dearly. Thank you Schnuck for bringing this Sims4 character back to life and so accomplished and happy!

I REALLY love this lot! We need more diversity in lots - things other than the suburban middle class American trope. I will definitely put this in my game. It's not the TOOL mod that makes great lots- its imagination and character.

Such a good idea putting him with Zoe! I always put him with Dina Caliente but Zoe makes sense because she’s kind of goofy and sweet like he is. Love the build too! You captured their life perfectly!

I can see why Johnny became so successful. Clearly he did A LOT of quality control. The home looks like it was transported to this site by the manufacturer, and was landscaped by the family-so detailed and realistic! The sized down laundry shelf to use the clutter on top of the bedroom dresser and mini console to make the TV useable on that shelving unit-brilliant! Building on the diagonal adds so much, too, with the stairs. I feel like a broken record, but you are so crazy talented and keep getting better!Thank you for sharing your genius with the rest of us! Happy to have learned the Zesty Patel’s story❤️
