Hello friends! I'm so excited to announce that I'm now an EA Game Changer! Many thanks to the team and especially to SimGuruKate! I appreciate that a lot!🤗This is my first build as a GC. 😅
Del Air Manor is located on the hills of beautiful Del Sol Valley. This eclectic/modern house is 2 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom house with a huge open plan kitchen/dining area, a living room area, an office, a massive terrace with gym equipment and outdoor party set, a laundry room, a garage and a big swimming pool on a big well-cared garden. Great for singles or couple Celebrities-To-Be. Price: $330,000. I hope you like it!😘

To be fair in Maxis defense when they built these things, they do it usually on the basis of using decorations and texture from the base game and the pack itself. So it kinda limit their creative scope compared to other builders that may be using content for several different packs, but yeah I definitely agree that it does look cooler.

They also have to take into account how much the end cost is (reasonable) and cannot use move objects when decorating. Not as fun, but more user friendly lol

I totally get why people want to build huge mansions, I just don't like the build/buy items from the pack much, and especially the white/gold furniture that everyone uses. This looks really amazing, especially the exterior. Your design choices are on point as always. Well done! 🤗

i used this house for my favorite sims family ever when we won the lottery. I lost that save file on my old laptop but when I was watching speed builds I saw this and knew it was their home. I miss that save so much 😭😭😭

I absolutely love the build... 💜Though, it would've been even more nice if you mentioned which packs you used for the build.. I don't have all the packs so, its just i've experienced so many times where i downloaded builds and it would look completely different because i didn't have the pack.. 💔 Especially when it comes to windows.. 🤧
