I have been thinking about this build for a while now - rundown family apartments in the Sims. Not all buildings will be shiny or new and not all will be realistic to what we have irl. This apartment building can be for a a family or for a single sim. It has lots of outdoor activities and is right at the docks in Evergreen Harbor.
