Hate loading screens? This is a live in Vet Clinic. Place the lot. Place your Sims on a different lot. Have your sim purchase a vet clinic. Travel to clinic. You can live there and run the clinic without having to leave. (Reminder: Lock your house doors to keep the vet patients out 😊)

Hello Friends, For those of you who may not know how to use this live in vet clinic lot you first have to ... 1. place this lot. 2. place your Sim on a different lot. 3. have your Sims buy a Vet Clinic. 4. travel to lot and stay there, live and run your vet clinic. @@savannahmae1516 Sure Savannah! And you are not dumb. 🙂 Ok, Place this lot were you'd like to use it. Then move your sim onto any other lot other than this vet lot if your sim is not already on a lot. You could even just place your sim on an empty lot if you'd like. Then once your sim is on the lot use your sims phone to purchase a vet. Ater you purchase the vet , go to the vet lot. Now that you are on the vet lot you can just live there in this home and open and close the business/vet when ever you'd like. Hope this helps. Thank you!

This is the best live-in Vet clinic I have ever seen! At least for my tastes. I started playing the vet career long time back, but left that save sitting because I just couldn’t find or build anything I was interested in playing in. This is so lovely and fun, think I’ll give it a go in Cottage Living. Kind of an All Creatures Great and Small vibe. Thanks for sharing your talent with us!
