So which is better hostinger or scala?

Scala is A LOT faster, their support is better and the service is much more stable. However Hostinger is easier to use and comes with a free website builder tool. So if its your first time and you only need 1 hobby website go for Hostinger as the speed is enough and ease of use is your best friend. In every other case ScalaHosting will offer a better experience

If my all my website visitors are from AUS will my site load time be affected if the Scala hosting servers are in US and I have a CDN? What is the rough estimate of much seconds will they be affected by?

If you're using a CDN all AUS users will be served from the server that's closest to them. So, having an origin server elsewhere won't really matter much. However, there are reports that Cloudflare refuses to use AUS servers due to the networking cost and still routes through Asia medium.com/@SimonEast/the-declining-value-of-cloudflare-in-australia-6588910e4781 So, while in THEORY it shouldn't affect your speed. I suspect that in reality not having Asia or AUS servers might be noticeable for you just because you'll still route from far away locations :( @@hynguyen6337

So instead of the CDN rerouting from Sydney or Brisbane or Melbourne it reroutes it to Singapore and HongKong? So do you recommend me going with the AWS hosting plan (AUS Servers) or the managed cloud VPS plan (No AUS Servers)?

If you know how to set AWS up and maintain it it's always a good deal. Great speed, low price. Its just a pain to configure and keep track of usage But if you want to avoid self management. You can try the managed option pretty much risk free (get it, test it, refund if bad). Scala will set up the environment, migrate your sites free of charge. Basically the performance comes down to Cloudflare not screwing you over (serving from actual AUS locations, not Asia) and theres no way to know if CDN uses AUS servers without trying.

No am talking about the Scala aws hosting where they have aus servers but no nvmd ssd and less scalability. Do you still recommend that plan or should I instead go to another premium Wordpress provider like siteground for hosting client website?
