Love the short board set up. I purchased a wowgo 2s max and installed the components on a fishtail it’s my favorite electric board hands down.

Careful if ever riding in the wet with cloud wheels. I just two days ago went sideways riding home after a light rain and dislocated a shoulder. These are fine in dry but certainly are just as bad as I had heard should it get wet.

that's just common sense, unless you have a wide rubber tire it's going to slide if you're taking turns or carving at high speed. hope you heal quick!

@@SethHarcrowmusic no, this was immediate loss of all grip making a very low arc turn at only medium speed with caution and four decades of riding experience. I’ve never had any other wheel come close to the lack of grip in wet, my purple Caguamas feel like Velcro compared to these. I’m not the first person to feel this way about cloudwheels

Hey guys nice set up. I just bought those a while back and I’m glad I saw these because I would love to get your feedback. When I put these on on my verreal can remember the model number. But I have 500 watt motors. So what I noticed that I lost a lot of initial torque and the motors kinda struggle to start but o get a nice 27 miles per hour but that is the speed with the smaller wheels so I imagine I’m doing probably 30mph. It makes sense that the torque is different. I just didn’t think this different. The battery is gone in just a few miles when I was getting around 12 or more miles before. Now I’m lucky to get 4. The other issue is that the motors reached 195 degrees after I come back from riding. I’m wondering if these motors are just much better. Do you guys notice this issue as well? Or more manageable than my issue. In my case I had to take them off , as I just didn’t have nearly enough torque to ride these wheels. Love to hear your thoughts

Was it worth it and how much was the total cost and how long did it take? Just wondering I have the same board and really would like something a little softer if possible but its gonna be difficult with the possibility if my messing it up then idk if its worth it

Thanks for reply. I have almost stripped the old rubber from Mini hub. I bought 105 Donuts from Craigslist and realize that the rear hub wheels I got did not include the adapter, just the rubber. Will they still fit onto the hub? I assume you got the Donut 105s as well. What was included in the box? I may have wasted $100 if they don’t fit without the adapter. May have to order a new set😢. Thanks in advance 🙏🏼.

I emailed iCloud and they said the 105s won’t fit so I’m guessing you bought the 120s with the DIY Meepo kit.

Dude ur board has so much clearance now lol it’s so high up I made my mini 2 er into a race board it’s on a drop down deck it’s only got 1 inch if that of clearance lol no speed bumps for me butttt thé plus side is u can cruise at 32 now easy lmao

How you clean the glue from the adapter the wire wheel wouldn’t ruin it and also i have the 90mm rn will the hub adaptor fit on this 120mm cloudwheels

I have a heat gun and tried it, the polyurethane was too thick for the heat to permeate through to loosen it up. I wouldve just melted it and would've had a bigger problem to deal with.

@@SethHarcrowmusic nah, it’s an entire wheel with the metal sleeve that goes over the hub motor. So you don’t have to destroy the wheel you can just swap them out. It’s on their website I’m ordering them with my mini S2

Much quieter for one, the only downfall I’ve come across is changing the wheels! But I think they will improve that factor eventually. No belts so less parts.
