clueless, this is not how its done.. the rail should be 33" from the top of tread or landing at all times, when he turns the corner he shoots straight up, not how its done, not even close, how did this pass code?

There probably is no code to pass. There clearly is no safety codes by the blatant lack of safety. Flip flops, socks or no shoes at all. All the shaving on the stairs making it incredibly slippery. Death trap.
