One of the most used moves in the world of freestyle and also one of the nicest names; The Slap. Today PWG has dragged JayMike out into the woods to slap the heart out of him. This move will help you make great transitions from one move to another - so if you are trying to become a nice freestyler, then this tutorial will be a great help for you.

@PWG Great tutorials PWG. My boy and me just love doing a couple of these skills/tricks at the end of our training sessions. I've managed to get the Slap quite quickly, but I'm having trouble getting any real air with it. As much as I try, I can't seem to get it off the ground by more than a foot at most. When you lift up the ball during the slap... Perform a back kick or kick the ball with the back of your heel and perform the rainbow kick

Just tried this trick for the 10th time. Got the drag the ball up the calf part, but my left foot is really weak and yeah... tried to flick the ball up after the calf part but ended up sending the ball against the crossbar. Was practicing it in front of goal during training. Nice trick shot though (if that qualifies)

+AleX Cheung You gotta become consistent at this part first. Then you move on to kick it up to waist height, and go straight into the slap position. Try it and you will get the hang of it in a day or two. / PWG

I have played football for over 6years now (I'm 12) and i am a good player, I don't mean to sound cocky, but I am bad at keepy ups. I know it is a very basic move but I feel it could improve my game and many other people's game that can not do them. Please do some kind of tutorial even if it is brief.

+JuatChillWill Hey Chillwill. I'm gonna run down keepy uppys for you real quick here in the comment section (because we might not do a juggling tutorial). Start off with the ball in your hands. Drop it down to your right foot and kick it back up. Drop it down and kick it back up with your left foot. Try to do this quicker and quicker with better accuracy back to your hands. Keep doing this until you feel like every touch goes back to your hands without you having to move your hands to catch it. When you feel comfortable, instead of catching the ball, juggle twice and kick it back up. The more comfortable you feel, the more juggles you should do before kicking it up back to your hands. After a while, you will be able to juggle without having to catch it with your hands. Everyone has different juggling techniques, but if you just train like 20 minutes a day, I assure you that you will get it over 1000 within a month. That's what I did. / PWG
