Wow, it's actually refreshing to see someone in politics who connects the dots between British foreign policy and the waves of immigration. If only there were more honest MP's in Westminster like Mr Flynn.

I've been impressed by Stephen Flynn's performances at PMQs since taking on the SNP Westminster leadership role. No histrionics or grandstanding just a simple cool calm and devastatingly effective delivery that skewers Sunak every time. He presentation style is to be admired.

The SNP are not about the people of Scotland nor their ambitions to be a free nation again. Sturgeon sold off a huge chunk of Scottish seabed for renewable energy to the private sector. It's blatant bloody hypocrisy for Mr Flyn to complain in the big hoose in London about the costs of electricity in Scotland.

I would propose a 1% tax on all transactions for goods and services, and scrap everything else. Actually a relatively pure capatilist system. All other taxes scrapped, you buy something you pay 1%, you sell it the buyer pays 1%. Everyone's a trader for their goods or services. Universal Basic Income is the only solution to how this tax wealth is spent. For that, a mix of Conditional (Altruistic) and Unconditional (Selfish) Income ~ that is the Government's Income is a tax on the popultations equal income. Money is the power in Parliment, let's face that and democratise that, by insisting on a system of democracy based on money aswell as ballots x

There is no articulation in anything in the Tory MPs have done. They have no one who talks properly, thinks properly, nor has a single moral bone in their bodies. @Monty Cantsin Robert is correct. The snp are in bed with Wastemonster, hence the charade of chasing down the English legal route in a doomed attempt to attain a referendum. There are easier methods, but they know, once the union has been revoked, the political landscape will change not just in Scotland, or even these Isles, but across the entire globe. An independent organisation, here in Scotland, intends hauling the Wastemonster govt in front of the *ICJ,* later this year on charges of fraud, something the snp should have done decades ago! This same organisation has published the _Scottish Constitution,_ in both old Scots and modern English, on their website, again something the snp should have done decades ago, but have repeatedly refused to do, as it would give away the game they have been playing! This organisation has been going less than a year, yet has done more for Scotland to further revoking the union than the snp has done in six decades. The organisation is called *SALVO* and their website is salvo.scot

I am a Canadian socialist and I wouldn't vote for Keir Starmer if I lived in the UK. How can you have a Labour Party that doesn't support labour? Starmer has not supported one union on strike and that is unforgivable as far as I'm concerned. I hope with all my heart that the Tories are defeated but the Labour Party in the UK is not supporting their own voters and they have to rethink the direction that they are going in, and that starts with Starmer. Another huge reason that the Tories don't want Scotland to leave the UK is the fact that 80% of the water supply to UK comes from Scotland. Religion in politics should NEVER mix - EVER.
@azena.

I mean, literally no other way to get rid of the tories. Starmer may not seem ideal to many, but my days he's got to be better than the current rot. Completely agree, nothing has changed with regards to FPTP and neither will it under the LP. I honestly believe we have lost the chance to change things in any meaningful way electorally. There are times within this interview where Stephen uses Scottish habits of slang or slang words like saying "15 year ago" instead of "years" or saying "hing" instead of "thing" or "fae" instead of "from" and I must say I think its absolutely brilliant that he would speak in a way that's natural instead of subscribing to the idiotic ideology that its unprofessional for Scottish people not to comply by speaking clear and perfect English. 💪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

The snp have no intention of revoking the union. Look at the evidence. Created in response to North Sea oil being discovered, invested with authority by Wastemonster, Holyrood is the Scottish branch, the fifth columnists, operating under English Parliamentary laws and Statutes, a foreign agency, in Scotland, they've been dragging their feet for six decades.

in simple laymans terms,if you are meant to be a equal member of a union,and feel youre role is diminshed,youre not being heard and one part of that union is attempting to dictate conditions,that dont resonate with the part of the union you represent,then its only natural that you would want to go youre own way.if the things i mentioned were in place,then i believe there would be less of a push for independence.there are lots of myths about independence,the only things that will really change is,scotland will have its own authority outside of westminster,and scotland will rejoin the eu.its plainly obvious that political mood in scotland is far different from in the majority of england,and lets face it ,boris johnson is unbelievably still loved by many in england,whereas hes loathed in scotland,for good reason

@Sam Duricic Sadly both tories and Labour have abandoned we Scots, but not our wealth for decade, after decade, after decade. Similarly with the North of England and Wales, who, in general, like yourself, understand our need to revoke the union lies at the hands of the politicians, who seem hell bent on destroying everything they touch with their greedy, corrupt mitts. We've witnessed the exponentially rapid slide towards the abyss and have no wish to be dragged over the edge, however, that doesn't stop us from feeling sympathy for those we leave behind. The issue with people like Stephen regarding Brexit is they are incredibly nieve in thinking the EU would accept the UK back quickly. The EU will need to be satisfied that major societal change has happened in the UK to prevent the possibility of a future Government holding a third referendum on leaving the EU and causing further disruption a few years down the line (1978 and 2016 being the previous 2) There is simply no way the EU is going to accept the UK back without major changes to our society our media landscape and our political processes. It is foolish to try and rejoin the EU in the next parliament this is a long-term goal but it is going to take at least a generation of rebuilding trust and changing UK society so that it can become a functional member before the EU will allow the UK to rejoin. The policies of Kier Starmer etc are exactly that they are about building the foundations and moving the societal landscape to a point that in the future the EU would be willing to trust the UK enough to allow them back in.

The question he needs urgently asked... How to have a fully inclusive Yes referendum? . There are at least 48% up to 50% do not want Scottish Independence... . Non of them have an answer, all they do is pedal thier own narrow political driven opinion, why are they not offering a Comprehensive Draft Constitution- CDC, where all these opinions can be asked of the people and in this constitutional referendum the answer should not be Yes or No or a tick or X box but 0 to 10 scale so that the newly formed political parties know what the people think and want.
