Wisp tank by Caitlin hunter, Not being a big tank top wearer or rather choosing a more modest cut, when I first saw this pattern I wasn’t sure that it was for me but I really felt that styled as a vest it would be really a nice addition to my wardrobe.

I just found you on IG and I was sooo excited to find a Portland friend on KZfaq. I also have an KZfaq channel and live I. portland. Love all of your projects and like you I also got my Summer Lee book and really love it. I talked about it on my last episode. I’m on a quest to knit the perfect sock this year. I always enjoy your episodes so much. And as a matter of fact you have inspired me to knit the alpine bloom shirt and long sleeve and I love them. I need to update ravelry I am really behind. I provide day care to my 2 grandchildren and they are quite interested in my knitting so I love the childrens hat you have made. 👏🙏🏼💕🇨🇦 I am currently knitting the Big Cosy Cardi it’s taking awhile!! Lol

Joanne I love that you knit the alpine patterns I found those so enjoyable to make and wear, maybe we can get your grandchildren into knitting, my mother showed me the basics but my grandmother teased me into learning continental knitting which I am grateful she did I think it improved my overall tension. If they are really young crochet I think is easier to learn even if it’s just making a chain 🖤

Oooh so fun that you’ve started your close knit project! I’ve checked that book out at the library two times already but haven’t proceeded with a knit yet… and now watching you I’ve placed a hold on the book for a third go-round. 😅 I’m excited to hear about the sock KAL, I have some lavender Kaos merino and alpaca yarns coming hopefully early next week and I’ll join the zoom!
