Scara being there is more to show when she became a harbinger rather then to show continuity also the pink haired girl was the real daughter of the Mother and not adopted.

I've seen theories that believe that scara being there was rather linked to Arlecchino potentially being a descender but this also makes sense too

Maybe cos Peruere is not from this world hence not affected by the changes in Irminsul, such as the Balladeers deletion.
