"The Song of Image" is Takuro Yoshida's debut single, released in 1970.
Shogo Hamada, who started his musical career as a drummer in Takuro Yoshida's touring band in 1974, produced this cover song in 1996 to celebrate Takuro Yoshida's 50th birthday.
Russell Kunkel (Ds), Leland Sklar (Bs), Craig Doerge (Key), Waddy Wachtel (Gt), all of whom were in Japan that year as Takuro Yoshida's tour members, and Masakazu Itakura (Org) as an additionnal musicsian.
And then, Takuro Yoshida himself participated on acoustic guitar in this rare session video.
