​@@dpDenizParlak Putting "the" behind a noun is often times used by old folks who don't have much knowledge on certain things/the noun being used. For instance, older (much older) people might say something like "Did you post a picture on THE facebook?" In that case, most people familiar with the concept of apps would simply drop "the" in the sentence or say "my/your" instead. Or maybe they refer to the internet as "the google" or "the firefox." Its hard to explain, but its something you have to hear over time to recognize how older people seem to use "the" when talking about modern technology that they aren't familiar with.

Tony Sirico wasn’t just an act. He was a Colombo family associate who wouldn’t snitch & spent years in prison, changed his life around, & gave life to one of the best characters in tv history. I was genuinely sad at his passing.

ColJenkins There's certain movies that just aren't available for instant viewing. If you want to get DVDs sent to your house, that's a separate subscription. It used to be one subscription for both instant viewing and DVD home delivery when they first started and some people got upset when they decided to make it two separate subscriptions for each type of service rather the 2x1.
