This song literally wouldve saved my life. I got the greatest hits it wasnt there. This song is a solution to that desparate settling women do. Its honest. I was forcing men onto relationships with me thats all i thought i could do. I told him to take his time od still be there but he did not want me to do to him ewhat he was doing to me and it created a huge mess. Men need to play this too. She single dont go moving in with her and you running around behind her back play fair.

rob816 EXACTLY...MAY VERY WELL BE THE GREATEST 8.40 OF FUNK SOUL GENIUS IN THE ENTIRE HISTORY OF FUNK SOUL.....I CANT THINK OF TO MANY THAT CAN COMPARE.....THIS ONE AND JUST BE GOOD TO ME, ARE TWO OF THE GREATEST MUSIC MASTERPIECES EVER CREATED IN MUSIC, AND MARY DAVIS WAS THE REPRESENTATION OF BLACK FEMALE SOUL TO THE FINEST DEGREE.........THANKS FOR THE COMMENT......ALSO, I CANT FORGET THE BAND....THESE GUYS ALL PLAYED THEIR OWN INSTRUMENTS, AND THEY WERE BLACK SOUL MASTERS, WHO WERE IN ONE MIND WITH THERE INSTRUMENT...THEY WERE ALSO EXTREMELY SPIRITUALLY CONNECTED TO THE MUSIC THAT THEY WERE CREATING, AND THEY DEFINITELY RANK AT THE TOP, WITH THE BEST BANDS OF ALL TIME....IF U EVER SEE THEM IN LIVE SHOWS OR IN THERE VIDEOS, U SEE HOW MUCH ENERGY AND FEELING THAT THEY DISPLAYED AS THEY WERE PLAYING THERE INSTRUMENTS....IN FACT, I DONT THINK IVE EVER SEEN A BAND WHO SEEMED TO BE SO HAPPY AND ENTHUSIASTIC AS THEY WERE PERFORMING.....THE 70'S AND THE EARLY 80'S WERE UNBELIEVABLE.....ESPECIALLY THE 70'S....IN THE 70'S, AND THE EARLY 80'S, THERE WAS STILL ALOT OF LOVE IN THE BLACK COMMUNITIES.....THE SOS BAND REPRESENTED ALOT OF THAT BLACK LOVE AND JOY, THAT STILL EXISTED AT THAT TIME....I MISS THOSE DAYS......AT THAT TIME, THERE WAS ALOT OF HAPPINESS, HOPE, AND JOY FLOATING THROUGH THE AIR IN THE BLACK COMMUNITIES.....I THINK THAT THE 70'S USHERED IN A NEW DECADE OF HOPE, AFTER THE HELL THAT WE EXPERIENCED IN THE 60'S, WITH THE ASSASSINATIONS OF KING, AND MALCOLM, ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER RACIST BRUTALITY ATTACKS THAT THE 60'S PUT FORTH.....

Even getting a girlfriend didn't cost coming up. They loved you for you and that was pure motivation even if you were lacking. Made you not want to disappoint her so you got your shit together. And when you fell she encouraged you to get back up and had your back. They still were some men who took advantage of them though and hardened their hearts. But others appreciated her.
