150 dancers took to the streets of Cardiff city centre for a flashmob event to celebrate the opening of The Sound of Music at Wales Millennium Centre. 26 July 2009.

I was in this, it may not be the best flash mob ever but if you've ever been in one you know how difficult they are to organise, so before you write something saying 'it's rubbish' or 'trust Cardiff to make a rubbish flash mob' realise it was a bit of fun thrown together in probably about 5 rehearsals. We loved every second of it :D

I think why I like this one a little more than the one in Antwerp is because of the lovely little old nun in the back. I don't know if she's actually a nun, but it's amazing!

@AlexanderMrazek You saw that too? It's PRICELESS! I don't know if she actually is a nun, and I don't know what would be better; a nun jumping into this, or an older woman dressing as a nun and jumping into it. Either way...it's WONDERFUL!

OMG flashmobs are fun expecially when you dont mean them to be one XD my friends went into the middle of main street in my town and we danced the soljar boy there was five of us and ended in 39 XD

oh yes I found this was quite disruptive to my daily shopping. It was an extremely unpleasant experience and i do not wish to see it again. I shall be filing an official complaint to the local council to have these people removed.
