Eckhart said that the stillness is not just the absence of thinking, there is power and vast non-conceptual intelligence in there. That is the source of creativity. But the vehicle (individual) has to be ready for the power flow through...

Not individual, but the effort he has put in that what he is trying to do. 10 thousand hours of practice on that which he asks the creativity for, for example as he says, if someone asks him for physics he wont be able to receive the new idea or theory simply because he has no idea of physics. The Vehicle is all the hours of practice you have put into whatever you want to find the creativity for. :)

Yes they are listening. In shows usualy people are waiting to answer or to speak about there own ideas. Here we can observe listening. Its not so common these days:))

There must be a vehicle for the power to flow into. There must be something that was prepared for that in the world of form. There is 10,000 hours of practice necessary that will prepare the vehicle. THIS right here is what explains manifestation beyond something like The Secret. You can’t just visualize it...you must have action behind it. Prepare the vehicle. Now, if it is in your wheelhouse already...then ok. I love Eckhart!

I have listened to quite a lot of teachings of Eckhart but he refers to God, but he does not often mentions the word 'God' as he says this word has been misused so often...and he wants to avoid that..but he definitely refers to God...
