I have a condo here. It's a new building with a lot more amenities from a golf simulator, basketball court, and more.

You must be exceptionally well connected to gain access to some of these locations.

the pool likes nice, but the view of another ugly building just 50 feet away is terrible. Wouldn't feel relaxed at all, and just seems claustrophobic. definitely wouldn't consider a view like that anything luxury
