Seeing this video, I see the love of Mike Prtnoy by Dream Theater. I do not believe it is over. I still hope (and never leave expect) that one day he will return to Dream Theater. Yes. He will one day return.

This song is the reason i love dream theatre. My first dream theater song. Mike portnoy will always be the drummer of dream theater for me coz of his fill and his feels of the songs. No one cn replace him. Not even the best drummer in the world will ever be able to fill in for portnoy.

I was at this show and remember coming back from the intermission (late...like an idiot...) and walking through the hall hearing what sounded like an orchestra playing the overture to six degrees. Me and my buddy looked at eachother like “no way....”. What a show.

Mike has the same energy of that amateur drummer fan who gets invited - completely out of the blue - to play his favorite song on his favorite band show. You kinda forget he's the professional drummer who recorded and has been playing this song countless times for the past 8 years. Maybe that energy is the reason he's a drum legend.
