The number of times Jesus talked about wealth and possessions, stewardship and accountability, far exceeded any discussion on any topic. In fact there's about 10 times the number of references to finances and stewardship and resources, than there are to faith and salvation, and yet all of these go together. Often the moment we start to talk about money, people freeze - and we will see why...

I absolutely love this sermon. Listening again for a 3rd time. My husband of 27 years & I are considered the most humble by our family’s. We have learned how to be content and trust God. But I needed this reminder to not fall complacent with this society of social media influencers shoving materialism in everyone’s face. So I decided to unfollow them & continue following Jesus.

This is great stuff. Honestly, I was looking for someone who could explain, IN DETAIL, who Mammon is, and who is worshipping "him", or what mammon is, and who is using its "services". I'm 20 minutes into this part while commenting (YES I PAUSED IT!) , and found out this is only part 1/4 :) and btw ....comments will not continue.... :)
