Listen to this, they’re right. I learned to live in the present moment. It is as you’re mediating while experiencing life you’re in total bliss. All your fears go away because the only thing that exists is now and if you’re present in the moment anything is possible. you can make sharp and clear decisions don’t be fixated on the past or future it will only leave you stagnant going no where.
