While I agree with some of your (and his) words, I would you say you both sound more like these "new age hippies" that you critique. This video touched on ideas that not many people understand. You and Persis came along and decided to talk about love and descredited the understanding and truth of whoever made this video. Persis wrote that, "it's never anything else" and here you are calling the video garbage. You both wrote some messages about love as though you both understand and walk the path of love and acceptance. And yet here you both are discrediting and insulting someone else's way of thinking. It's ok if you don't understand what the video is trying to explain, you aren't ready to understand and that's ok.

I have had the same thoughts.Her name has lived in my head for 3+ years. I know there is no possibility of a relationship with her. Life has felt like endless suffering and I have grown to embrace the suffering. Nothing is real and nothing matters.

when you live with hope and not in reality, this is often a coping mechanism to protect you from facing a reality, heartbreak, a breach of trust ect. Its unhealthy bc it keeps you in both the past and future and not melting into this moment. You kinda hold back and you cannot move through the stages of grief that end in acceptance, you will keep going back and forth between fear and hope while you know you just dont know. Become more easy with not knowing

If there's daydreaming about a person, it's not an energetic bond, it's attraction to the other. If it's wondering what they're doing right now, it's not an energetic bond. If it's picturing your future together, it's not an energetic bond. Discernment of the difference between what's your thoughts and the bond is key, as you are interested in knowing about. This can only be done by knowing what your own thoughts are. If you know that you're not using up time and energy actively thinking about them, but they are still there, it's a bond. It's like a constant presence, whether you want it or not, and it doesn't require your participation. It can be very draining and you might even find yourself asking to be rid of it. Also, looking at the actual physical circumstances. Is this a person who knows you (not someone at a distance), have they displayed affection, care and/or interest towards you etc. If they have and you're not daydreaming, it's a bond. If they are at a distance and possibly don't even know you, it's not a bond. It might sound self explanatory, but both evaluation of the physical and discerning your own thoughts will conclude if there's a bond.
